Erster termin hier
First session here. More shadings, and for my surprise a request for color on the rose (s). Usually my works are predominant black and/or black & grey. People tend to get what they see (literally). So, my portfolios leaned towards this direction without my control.
Nothing against monotone tattoos. From my perspective, they are enduring the test of time. Any old (historical) tattoo photos that can be found, have large areas of black and bold lines.
Differing from the classic maneuvers of traditional painting methods, tattooing are very graphic. It holds better in the shades of realm and lines of reality.
From the perspectives of marketing strategics of tattoo media (and it’s globalization), unfortunately this aspect is not reinforced.
What we see (and literally, what people end up getting) is a undiscriminated amount of dogmatic color tattoos.
Deviation from doctrines is the great leap forward to the permanent revolution. Free your mind, free your skin.
